unforgettable journey through the Sacred Valley, departing from Lima. Take a morning flight from Lima to Cusco, ensuring you arrive at the airport two hours before departure. Upon landing in Cusco, known as the “Archaeological Capital of America,” our dedicated team will welcome you and transport you to the Main Square, where the Sacred Valley Tour awaits.
The adventure begins with a scenic drive from Cusco in a comfortable tourist bus. Along the way, we’ll pass by historic Inca ruins like Sacsayhuaman and Tambomachay. After approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, we’ll reach the charming town of Pisac, where a traditional market invites exploration and the acquisition of local mementos. Next, we ascend to the extraordinary ruins of Pisac, offering captivating views of the surrounding valley.
Join us for an incredible one-day tour to Machu Picchu. Departing from Ollantaytambo at 5:45 am or 6:00 am, a scenic two-hour train journey will take you to the charming town of “Aguas Calientes.” From there, a 25-minute bus ride will transport you to the impressive Inca Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, often known as the Lost City of the Incas.
Upon arrival at Machu Picchu, our expert guides will accompany you on a captivating 2 to 3-hour guided tour. You’ll explore highlights such as the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows, and the cemeteries. Afterward, you’ll have enough time to stroll freely and immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere.
For lunch, savor splendid options available in Aguas Calientes or indulge in a delightful meal at Sanctuary Lodge (lunch not included). In the afternoon, between 3:45 pm and 5:30 pm, the return train will depart from Aguas Calientes to the Ollantaytambo train station, where we’ll arrange transportation for you to your hotel in Cusco. Relax and rejuvenate overnight.
Start your day in Cusco, where you’ll have ample free time to explore. In the afternoon, we’ll transfer you to the airport, where our team will assist you with the check-in process and airport fees for your flight to Lima.
